Administrators Only. Need to quote in the field? No poblem. Simple to used advanced quoting tool is included with Wiziga job management software. Quoting options include:

  • Fast quote - simply input the total values and save for review
  • Advanced - line items
  • Advanced - material list line items
  • Automatic job values and costs totals
  • Send quote to client for review
Quoted jobs show up on the dashboard. Send the quote to client, edit the quote and resend, change a "quoted" job to an "active" job with just one button push.

Desktop Job Estimating

Administrators Only. Wiziga includes a simple to use advanced or basic quoting. Wiziga's new quote template update is better and more versatile than ever. Costs, values and taxes (as per account setting) are automatically calculated and formatted into a job. After your quote has been created and reviewed send it to your client with one button click.

Advanced Job Quoting Tools

    Line Items

  • Labour: As per account settings, any labour types are shown available. Check them off and then input the quantity required. Example: "Labour" Quantity "8". Wiziga will automatically calculate your cost and value on the labour line item(s) selected
  • Contracted: If you have any contracted services you want to include in your quote select this. Then input a description, quantity, cost, price.
  • Fixed: If you have any fixed services you want to include in your quote select this. Then input a description, quantity, cost, price.
  • Rentals: If you have any rentals (such as tools, scaffolding etc) you want to include in your quote select this. Then input a description, quantity, cost, price.
  • Units: Select and input a description, quantity, cost, price. There are many ways to use this field. Example 1 - 15 Core holes @ X cost Y Price. Example 2: Pricing per sqx - Prewire 2000 sqft house at $5 per sqft. Input 2000(quantity) 5 (price) X (cost). Make sense?

    Materials Lists

  • Materals list: (see Materials List for details) selection menu will automatically import the material description, cost, price and quantity. Simple select the material from the list that you need and input the quantity.
  • Materials bulk paste: If you are using a spreadsheet with a materials list you can copy and paste the data directly into your quote. Wiziga will automatically recognize the: description, cost, price, quantity.
